What if the developer doesn't work out?+
Starter placements include a 2-week replacement guarantee. If the developer's skills don't match what was presented, we find a replacement at no additional cost.
How is Starter different from a recruitment agency?+
We don't charge placement fees. You're paying for the developer's time, not our commission. And we pre-screen every candidate against Sitecore-specific technical criteria before you ever see them.
What does a Project engagement look like?+
We define the scope together upfront, set a fixed price, and deliver. Typical engagements are 4–8 weeks. You'll have a dedicated lead developer and weekly status updates.
Can I switch between tiers?+
